Airbus A380 - Singapore Airlines
Singapore Airlines was the first airline to introduce the Airbus A380 on its route network. The airline ordered 19 aircraft of the type and the first one was delivered in October 2007. The inaugural commercial flight was on 26 October from Singapore to Sydney, and for about a year SIA was the only airline operating the type. On 6 April 2012 Singapore Airlines phased out its last Boeing 747 passenger aircraft.
