Boeing 747SP - Air Namibia

Air Namibia is the national airline of Namibia. It was formerly known as Namib Air but renamed Air Namibia after Namibia became independent from South Africa in 1991.

The airline is based at Windhoek International Airport. During the 1990s it flew a small number of different Boeing 747SP aircraft. The 747SP on the photograph is approaching London Heathrow.
