Boeing 747-400F - Great Wall Airlines
Great Wall Airlines is a new Chinese cargo airline formed as a joint venture by Singapore Airlines Cargo, China Great Wall Industry Corporation and Dahlia Investments. It is based in Shanghai. Singapore Airlines Cargo has a 25 per cent stake in the airline.
Great Wall Airlines started services in mid-2006 with two Boeing 747-400F aircraft. Later it also introduced the Boeing 747-400BCF (Boeing Converted Freighter), a former passenger aircraft with a stretched upper deck. Both pictures are taken at Amsterdam Schiphol Airport.
