Boeing 777-200 - ANA All Nippon Airways
All Nippon Airways is the second largest airline in Japan. It was formed in 1957 when Nippon Helicopter and Aeroplane merged with Far Eastern Airlines. Since then All Nippon Airways was the primary domestic airline in Japan. In 1986 it started its first international services.
ANA flies a mix of 777-versions (777-200, 777-200ER, 777-300 and 777-300ER) on domestic and international flights. The 777-fleet and orders total forty aircraft. Boeing delivered the first aircraft in 1995.
All Nippon is a member of the Star Alliance since 1999. Two of its 777s are painted in a special Star Alliance colour scheme (picture below).
