Boeing 777-200 - JAL Japan Airlines
Japan Airlines is a big 777 operator and flies a total of 29 aircraft of several versions on domestic and international services. JAL was formed in 1951 and is now Japan's biggest international airline. In April 2004, after the merger with Japan Air System (JAS) it was renamed Japan Airlines International.
The first JAL Triple Sevens were delivered in 1996. The aircraft on the picture finishes its landing at Sapporo New Chitose Airport, by land area the largest airport in Japan, but certainly not the busiest.
