McDonnell Douglas MD-11 - American Airlines

American Airlines was among the first operators of the MD-11 and flew nineteen of them during the nineties. The first MD-11s were delivered in 1991.

All the ex-American MD-11s are now active as cargo aircraft with Federal Express. The aircraft on the picture is approaching Miami International Airport.
