Qatar Airways is a big widebody airliner operator. It flies large numbers of both Airbus and Boeing widebodies. It has ordered a total of 76 Airbus A350s: 34 A350-900s plus 42 A350-1000s. Qatar Airways was the first operator of the A350. Its first A350-900 was delivered in December 2014 and a total of more than fifty A350-900s and -1000s are in the fleet now. The aircraft on the photograph, A7-ALJ, was delivered to Qatar Airways in August 2016.
