Delta Air Lines has one of the biggest airliner fleets in the world and it includes quite a number of widebodies, both from Boeing and Airbus. It has ordered a total of 25 Airbus A350-900s, of which about one half has been delivered. Airbus handed over the first aircraft to Delta in July 2017. N506DN was delivered a few months later, in December 2017.
